Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

We use collector-grade packaging with rigid protection for slabs and boarded books. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying domestic orders over $70 before tax. The exact rate and any free-shipping eligibility are shown during Shopify checkout before you pay.

Graded comics are shipped in secure, impact-resistant packaging. High-value orders may include additional insurance at no extra charge when required by carrier rules.

International availability and rates depend on destination and order value. If international checkout is not available for your location, contact us before ordering and we will do our best to assist.

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us within 7 days so we can help you file a carrier claim. For visible shipping damage, photograph the outer box and packaging before opening and reach out as soon as possible.
